Your Support Matters…

Coffee & Headlines was launched on March 31, 2020 as a one-person operation, just as the Covid-19 pandemic was starting to take its toll. From the getgo, the project was designed to create nurturing connections for the constantly increasing community of English-speaking locals that call Puerto Vallarta ‘home,’ along with those who spend time here periodically and have a special place in their hearts and memories for our city.

Through time, Coffee & Headlines has become a well-known point of reference for those looking for reliable news about Puerto Vallarta, our state (Jalisco) and our country. In addition to our morning broadcasts, we produce multimedia content (walking tours, maps, interviews with locals and more) to help you better connect with the destination and other like-minded locals. In the process of evolving, we’ve maintained our commitment to offering an advertiser-free experience.

In other words, Coffee & Headlines is a full-time job and my primary source of income.

As such, and without advertisers, it is only through your financial support that we are able to fulfill our mission.

There are two ways you can support Coffee & Headlines to help us fulfill our mission through Buy Me A Coffee, a San Francisco-based crowdfunding company that provides a service for creators to collect contributions from their supporters. As of April 2021, it has more than 300,000 creators.

You can show your appreciation by buying as many coffees as you’d like,

You can become an ongoing member with monthly and annual options, or
