Every day, I research news and headlines to share on my daily 10:30 am live show on Facebook, Coffee and Headlines. Yesterday, I came across a very useful list of ten acts of solidarity, published by Informador.mx, a Guadalajara-based newspaper and website.
The list source is Ekatherina Acosta Demerutis, who oversees the Social Commitment Department at the Pan-American University in Guadalajara, and it was also featured in La Crónica Jalisco.
In reading her work, it occurred to me that this list might be of use to our English-speaking community, so I took it upon myself to translate and present it during today’s broadcast as a slide show. Given the overwhelmingly positive response I received to it, I am sharing the PDF here so you can put it to good use in your own circles. In doing so, please be mindful of the source of the information and please give proper credit to Ms. Acosta wherever possible.
