  1. New. That sculpture is by the same sculptor who created the La Bamba sculpture and the Burro in L. Cárdenas park, Jim DeMetro. It’s by C&C, Hotel Marsol. Along with many others, I paid a small fee to put a little handful of clay on this sculpture while he was making it, in his gallery that now shares space with Page in the Sun. Surely you’ve been in there sometime! I came here hoping to see more about the effects of the hurricane as I’m glued to Facebook all day craving news about my dearly beloved Vallarta.
