Meet Isla Río Cuale’s Green Thumb

I had the unexpected pleasure of meeting Dr. Bartolo Cruz Romero, a researcher at the local Guadalajara University Campus (Centro Universitario de la Costa). He has been brought in by Puerto Vallarta’s municipality through the Cultural Institute (Instituto Vallartense de Cultura) to serve as an advisor in the reforestation project at Isla Río Cuale. He shared some insight about the work currently being done.
