There is lots of contradictory information in the headlines from the past 24 hours regarding states’ autonomy to develop their own Covid-19 ‘stoplights’ to determine what opens and what does not in ‘the new normal,’ starting Monday. I list the sources I consulted here, but encourage you to keep in mind that guidelines are still in flux and will continue to be during the next few days.
