It seems like a simple question, but apparently it opened up a can of worms for two out of three US democratic presidential candidates when Spanish-language network Telemundo sat down with them in Nevada for interviews. All three of them (Tom Steyer, Amy Klobuchar, and Pete Buttigieg) were asked for the name of Mexico’s president, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, or AMLO.
Only one of them knew the correct answer. And Bernie Sanders did not show up for the interview.
Read about this as reported by the Associated Press.

“I forget,” says Steyer.
“Can you tell me his name?”
Pete knew. pic.twitter.com/gUBqyxLfUW
Do you know the name of Puerto Vallarta’s mayor? How about the governor of our state, Jalisco?
