Juan Pablo and the Five-Minute Cake

When we first found an online recipe for this quick-and-dirty five-minute chocolate microwave cake we couldn’t wait to give it a go. Some of us had better results than others, but overall, it was a fun idea to try. Not too long ago, I had my friends Juan Pablo and Cynthia over for dinner. Given Juan Pablo’s cooking expertise (virtually none!) we figured, if he can bake it, anybody can! So we set out to teach him how to bake the cake and decided to document the adventure in the following video. The source of the recipe can be found here. And here is a closer look at Juan Pablo! (Also, there is no such thing as cake flour in Puerto Vallarta, but we went ahead with regular flour and the cake turned out just fine!
